- ISTEP
Scores And Graduation Status Import Utility : This utility imports
the Pass/Fail rating for students, as well as the Graduation status and Diploma type. The scores/stats come directly from DOE.
It does NOT import the score, just if the student passed/graduated.

Backup/Restore Utility : This utility allows
you to Backup and Restore your database. Useful for moving the
InTERS server to a new computer, or if you think your PC will
crash.. !!! NEW !!!
- Delete
Duplicate Attendance : This utility allows you to view duplicate
attendance records and delete them easily. !!!
NEW !!! Everyone Needs this if you did a Full Download and have attendnace records!!
- Add
blank "Old InTERS ID" : This utility adds
a value to the "Old InTERS ID" filed for those students that
do not have one. Some people use this field for assigning student
IDs, etc..
- Fix
Duplicate Default Student Contacts : This utility updates duplicate
student contact records. These records we added during combining
students and multiple other ways. If you are seeing
duplication on your reports, then this could be your problem.

Duplicate Custom Field Records : This utility removed
duplicate custom fields records. These records we added during combining
students and multiple other ways. If you are seeing
duplication on your custom reports, then this could be your problem.
- Recalculate
ISTEP Pass : This utility will set any students
ISTEP Pass value to true if one of their ISTEP scores is above passing.
it does NOT calculate failed values (Usually after importing from excel, etc..)

STNs with Leading Zeros : This utility adds resets all
the enrollment statuses for any enrollments that do not have it properly
set. (Usually after importing from excel, etc..)

20042005 Term : This utility adds a default 20042005
term in a copy of InTERS which does not have a 20042005 term.

- Combine
Utility :
This utility will combine ALL duplicate students in your database. Use
this program after conversion to get all the student between terms
combined. NOTE: This program assumes the most recent
student is the master, regardless of type etc.
- Fix
InTERS GUID : This
program is used after moving a database backup from one server to
another. It resets the internal SQL server user GUID.

SQL Admin :
Administration program to backup and restore database. Can also be
used to access MS SQL Server settings.

Reset Auth Mode :
Use this program to reset the SQL SA password on a system that is
configured for Windows Authentication mode.

Tool that can be embedded in user startup scripts to allow
automatic deployment of new patches to workstations. (Version
